We use a standard pricing system for all of our services. This helps us ensure that all of our customers get accurate and fair project proposals. For landscaping, hardscaping and construction services we try to send you a rough estimate before we meet up to create the full plan and project proposal. For most landscaping and hardscaping projects we meet and do a site visit with you to confirm the details and dimensions of the project so we can finalize the design and general details before send you a written project proposal. For maintenance services sometimes we can send you a project proposal with just your address and a few pictures of the job. Occasionally for maintenance projects we do need to meet and do a site visit too.

For all of our projects we provided a detailed written project proposal describing the work that will be done. Then if you would like to proceed with the project all you need to do is let us know and we schedule a time that works for everyone.
